The Xtreme Elite Massage Yoga Dome is a great rehabilitation tool used for relieving muscular fatigue, treating myofascial pain and improving mobility. The massage "needles" on the domes are designed to stimulate acupuncture points, offering several health benefits, including pain relief and massage therapy.
When using the massage domes, we recommend applying pressure to the back, hips, legs, feet and hands. The pressure you apply is up to you; only apply what is comfortable.
